Ahlu Blank Feeder- ABF Series

1. Ahlu Blank Feeder series is powered by the use of a suitable sized Pneumatic cylinder for its To and Fro operation cycles.
2. Its sturdy and heavy design not only provides strength while its M.O.C being Tool steel also gives low wear and tear resistance which eventually provides higher life expectancy.
3. Our design utilizes Linear Bearings with Linear Guide rails for proper alignment of its linear movement. Its Low clearance & accurate design provides smoother working cycles.
4. It’s double decker design reduces the operation cycle time and increases the overall time productivity ratio.
5. Magazine based design inculcates no Operator’s direct involvement in press operations and its easily accessible irrespective of operation state. Hence, provides Operator safety & reduces Human interference requirement.
6. Press Synchronization increases Press utilization factor along with Human Safety & better productivity rate.

Characteristics of Ahlu Blank Feeder

  1. Blank Feeder is synchronised with Press Ram movement with the help of Encoders / Cam box / Sensor arrangement based on the applicational requirements.
  2. As Feeding of Blanks is performed based on Press Ram positioning, it provides max. utilization of time with respect to Press operation cycle.
  3. This accessory provides continuous operation capability to the Press which not only doubles the existing production rate but also can be increased on multiple multiplier rate based on component variant.
  4. It eliminates the need of operator in Loading & Unloading of Blanks for certain set of operations after blanking. Similar operations performed on adjacent machines can be easily handled by the single operator.
  5. Magzine Feeding is manual but can be top up easily by the single operator for such multiple machines.
