Our Story
Revolutionizing your mass production with our cutting-edge SPM technology
We are the manufacturers of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Power Press Automation solutions for mass production. We deal with technologies of Servo systems, Hydraulic & Pneumohydraulic systems, Vision Systems, I.I.O.T & Factory Automation and Rejection systems with customized accuracy as per the requirement of customers.
Our Growth Timeline
In order to meet growing demand and scale up production, the existing machine manufacturing unit was relocated from Kalyan (Mumbai) to Khambha (Rajkot) and expanded from 2,000 sq. ft. to a 5,000 sq. ft. facility. The old unit was repurposed for further product expansion beyond the machine division.
Constant innovation led to the introduction of a 3-Servo Motor design on the AST2AII series, replacing the old 5-Servo Motor design, thereby improving power efficiency, build quality, and system rigidity for end-user standardization.
Developed the AMPTS Series for a Multi-Station, Multi-Press Transfer System as a completely Made-in-India product to cater to the Indian market.
Majorly involved in Complete line setup for Sheetmetal products starting from Raw material to Finished goods for Pharma & Electrical products.
Apart from SPMs & Press Automation solutions, started delivering Assembly machines & Vision System solutions in Electrical industry respectively.
Designed, Build & Successfully commissioned 2 Axis Servo based Transfer system for a Tier 1 Automobile compoennt manufacturer as a made in India product.
Finally Incorporated as a Private Limited firm to build & integrate technological advanced projects to a next level with a vision in building a systematic portfolio to strengthen Indian Manufactures.
